On July 29, 2020, Panasonic Co., Ltd. and NavInfo Co., Ltd. reached an agreement on the establishment of a joint venture company for the solution business of new energy commercial vehicles in China, aiming to provide the logistics distribution industry with solutions related to the operation of new energy commercial vehicles and provide relevant support platforms in the future, so as to achieve the popularization of new energy commercial vehicles in the logistics industry, especially in urban distribution.
