日前,畅翔北京实验项目成果会在北京召开,交通部、北京交通信息中心、速通科技、以及丰田汽车(TMEC)和世纪高通的相关人员参加了此次会议,此次成果会主要从社会和个人用户两方面总结、阐述了该实验项目的重要意义和价值。
“畅翔北京实验项目“,是由北京交通信息中心、北京航空航天大学、世纪高通三方联合,在TMEC的支持下,在北京首都机场区域开展ETC高速通行费返款实验, 为改善道路拥堵状况,减少空气污染,方便公众出行而进行的一种新形式探索,该项目还因在形式、功能及技术等方面的创新为其在2014地理信息开发者大会(WGDC 2014)中荣获“2014最具价值产品奖”中的“年度最具潜力奖”。,
该项目以北京首都机场通向北京市内的京平高速、京承高速为实施范围,通过招募部分车主来完成,利用集交通信息服务、导航以及ETC功能为一体的智能ETC终端和智能手机,向实验区域内的车辆用户提供“经过各种路线所需的时间信息”、同时提供“畅通高速公路的车辆通行费优惠”, 引导拥堵道路的车辆向其它不拥堵道路分流,从而达到缓解机场高速交通拥堵,减少碳排放,降低个人出行成本的目的。
试验前后机场南线与机场高速选择比例进行了比较,机场南线的选择比例由原来的11.4%提升到81.3%;而且实验前后机场区域的总体平均旅行时间也由实验前的19.2分缩减到14.7分,整体通行效率提高了23%,有效的缓解了机场高速交通拥堵;而针对个人用户而言,根据计算则可以节油10-15%左右,有效降低了用户的出行成本。
该项目实验结果表明,该项目应用技术在缓解道路拥堵方面的实际效果明显,进一步说明通过科学、合理的智能化引导,可改变用户出行行为习惯,为改善目前城市交通道路拥堵、优化城市环境及方便公众出行提供参考依据。
